The lovely people at the Brading Roman Villa Have very kindly allowed us to use part of their land to be used for Wight Nitro's 2012 Championship. Nearly all proceeds from the race day are donated to the Brading Roman Villa, which helps fund projects such as their archaeological digs.
Brading Roman Villa is one of the finest Romano-British archaeological sites in the UK. Their award-winning Exhibition and Visitor Centre offers a unique insight into Roman life in Britain, from their beautifully preserved mosaic floors to their extensive collection of Roman archaeology, including coins, pottery and tools.
Whether you are a family looking for an enjoyable day out or a group studying the Romans, Brading Roman Villa offers something for everyone with its stunning exhibition hall, great café, shop and beautiful grounds.
The track is an off-road grass circuit comprising jumps, long straights and technical sections. We have race timing software and the day will be broken up so each driver gets 3 qualifying sessions each 5 mins long, and then a final race in your group determined by your qualifying position, which counts towards the championship points, this finals race can be up to around 20 minutes per race depending on the time left in the day!
